A bare 22 weighs around 5500lbs to 6000 lbs depending on how it is equipped. Depending on the size and style of blade you could be adding another 1000lbs or so. In my opinion, you would really be better off pulling this load with a heavier rated vehicle. Its not the power that concerns me, it is the braking effort.

I just weighed my D2- 5U with a toolbar dozer and it tipped the scale at 9200#.
Mine doesn't have a belly pan or rock guards or any thing else on it. It does go on my 28 ft. gooseneck with tandem 7000# axels,(14,000#total) and my Dodge Cummins hauls it around quite well...
