I have a John Deere tractor that has a decal from Weaver Tractor Co. and was wondering if anyone has seen this decal before or has a decal like it. What I'm wanting is to get a replacement decal if one is available or possibly having one made. The colors appear to be silver with black border and lettering. Caterpillar and John Deere appear to be in red, not sure if fading has changed the colors any?

You can definitely have that one reproduced. Decal shops take a photo of it, then work it up in Photoshop, and then print the modified file with the decal printer. Comes out brand new.

It looks like yours started out white or silver, but here is a picture of another version that was on a 1954 D2 at Best Show on Tracks.
