DJ, I just got an estimate to repaper a D2 belt pulley from paperpulleys.com for 175 clams so I'll be sending mine there. They also have the new steel end-pieces if yours are chewed up.

I have used their services a couple of times. Always good work, reasonably priced and decent turnaround. I am not aware of others that do that work.

good luck

Testimonials

"I also joined a year ago. had been on here a couple of times as a non-member and found the info very helpful so I got a one year subscription (not very expensive at all) to try it out. I really like all the resources on here so I just got a three year. I think its a very small price for what you can get out of this site."
