Some time back someone or more than one of the posters here posted links to some old sales videos for Cat the other half, Levee Building, LeTourneau Dozer, Vickers Tractor/Pans and Cat and LeTourneau Pan operations and so on. I've just started Mentoring a new Apprentice Operator and would really like to show him some old school things from real work rather than books and old iron shows. I had book marked these old videos, but they don't work anymore. Is there anyone out here who downloaded these videos that could help me. This Apprentice is like a sponge and these old movies could help me a great deal in showing how it was done "back in the day". Any help would be greatly appreciated. I feel very lucky to be able to help out the new guys. Thanks for any help... My email address is:

The video could have been posted by myself, all the links are gone dead, this happens thirty days after the last download,I have uploaded the lot again and you can download them from the host site but like everything there is a snag, you can only download one clip at a time unless you subscribe,if you do not wish to subscribe you will have wait for a certain period of time between the downloads, the six clips about early Cat machiners are a half hr each and are part of a three hour film, each clip will play on its own full screen using WMP,if you got TV out of your PC you can record it on to DVD or video as one whole film, the other clips are the same format, the clip about the Hornsby crawler is suppose to be the earliest recording of a crawler tractor.
Enjoy the clips

Thanks a million. This just what the Doctor ordered. After I get them saved to my computer, I'll write more.

Just a note of thanks for the great assistance to my request here. Ron, I received the CD on Friday and it worked great. I'll be able to use it for some good instruction to compare old school with today's methods. AJ, thanks to you also for putting the videos online again.

Thanks a million.

Testimonials

"I also joined a year ago. had been on here a couple of times as a non-member and found the info very helpful so I got a one year subscription (not very expensive at all) to try it out. I really like all the resources on here so I just got a three year. I think its a very small price for what you can get out of this site."
