What's the intake and exhaust setting on ser# PS 90. Fixing to put the head and radiator back on and wanted to know the correct setting. I figure its probably not far off of .015" I and .020" EX. 😄
She started getting hot worse and worse every time we started it after rescuing it from the pasture. We found that it quit circulating water. Wound up having to clean the lower water pipe out, bottom tank, radiator tubes, top tank, and pull the cylinders and rod them out. The cylinders were so stopped up with rust that sitting on the bench 2 of them you could fill with water and it would'nt flow out the lower port!😮

Hi YI,
My books show 0.015" lash for both In and Ex with engine hot, I would Adj them to 0.017" cold and recheck when hot. Also would advise recheck head tensions after first run and again after say 100 hrs.
Hope this helps and that you all had a great xmas.
Cheers,
Eddie B.
