I believe that is an International TracTractor 40, also known as a T-40 Diesel, made between 1932 and 1939. This was the first International crawler to be fitted with a diesel engine, and started on petrol then switched over to diesel.
Looks like just a T-40 gas.
I think it is a TD-35.

It is a diesel of either 35 or 40 but I do not know how to tell which from that photo, but the carb and mag make a diesel for sure and the air cleaner has the large in hood mounting . The gas models used a six cylinder engine and a smaller air cleaner ,easy to ID. The diesel was a four banger.
I believe 2HIGHTEN is correct. On closer inspection, the track frames, where the front idler adjusting assembly is located makes it a TD35 not a TD40, well spotted that man !!
yes that is a TD-35. the 40's had five lower rollers and 95% that i have seen
have a covered or solid drive sprocket
