I just bought a Troy Bilt tiller and when I went to look at it I was surprised. It's painted army green over the red and even the gear selection decal on the tine cover is green. I googled everything I could think of and I can't find any reference to the green tiller or green decals. The guy I bought it from said that the guy he bought it from was in the army corps of engineers and brought it home. I didn't know what to believe but it does have the genuine green decals which I cannot find anywhere on the web. Just wondering if any of you guys have heard of these or if any veterans have used them.

Thanks, Randy

Originally built by Troy manufacturing in Troy NY. Older farmers started the company.

Troy Horse tiller are built like a tank, you will enjoy standing next to it while operating.

Have all the manuals and could share info. if you need it.

Thanks for the replies. I grew up with a horse tiller that my dad inherited from my grandfather. Grandpa bought it new in 1974 a few years before I was born. It has the awesome 7 horse Kohler k 161 on it. My dad still uses it every year. Never did anything to it except for belts and muffler.
