Torque setting D4 7U

Hi all:    Im looking for the torque setting for my D4 7U serial # 25012  steering clutch cage 4 bolts. My repair manual only gives some engine torque settings but no other settings. Is there any place on the internet that shows torque values for my D4 7U? Thank You
