Template for direct start conversion

I'm looking for a printable template that I can transfer to a piece of metal to make a jig with the plasma cutter to add direct electric start to my D4. After reading here on the forum I see that I can actually have both the pony and electric start so I figured what the heck. I checked out old magnets site, but didn't see a actual template that can be printed out or am I just missing it?

Look again, you must have missed it. Has template dimensions for D2,D4,D6.
