I saw this and thought I would pass it on. Most likely scrap by now. But......

STOLEN PROPERTY ALERT: Some worthless piece of pond scum #!&^*%$@ STOLE my 1953 D2 Cat, sn 5U9803, off a ranch that I was doing work on here in eastern WA. This D2 had gone through a grass fire, so it does look a little toasted. It had an extra long "C" frame and high lift cyl. bases, so it could be used either as a dozer or a loader. It has the loader bucket on it, now. I am offering a $500.00 cash reward for the whereabouts of the D2 Cat and the Vermin that stole it. Thank you; Kurt Cordes, Tinker's Tractors 509-547-8621 or cell 509-520-3661 or [email protected] (Burbank WA)

Al, the "just reward" could be as light as probation! The last flogging or whipping pursuant to judgement of conviction took place in Delaware in 1964. That is the same year that New York State had its last execution (by electrocution). What do you think would be appropriate in this case????

Maybe it'll be like that show on the Discovery Channel, "Overhaulin'", and they'll bring it back to you all restored??

I stand corrected...it wasn't Discovery Channel.....it was on TLC. Anyway, fact remains, I bet it's being restored as we speak.

Just drag him behind it after the CAT and the perp are located.

Say for about 2-3 miles.
