Just discovered this morning that someone stole the wing post(s) and wing plow for my 12E Grader from where I stored them in the off season. Probable sold them for scrap. Ohmsteel manufacture. One was mechanical and one was hydraulic. Gotta claim them on my insurance now. Anyone know where I can source them from now? Snows coming. They're kinda Hard to find now. But they're out there.

That’s terrible news Mark! Fingers crossed someone has Ring doorbell or dash cam footage, those parts aren’t small!

I wish you luck finding what is needed. Had a friend working on a 99e engine. Took it a shop in Bakersfield Calif. He had left the bell housing on the engine. So removed at shop. Then it was gone, never to be found. He got killed in an accident few years latter without ever finding another bell housing. Graders don't seem to make it to the used parts market like dozers do.

Similar story although not nearly as irreplaceable - took car to the shop. They park it outside as they do when they're done. Come back and some meth-head (I assume) has jimmied the antenna cover off the roof - not the antenna; just the cover. What use that is to anyone I have no idea, particularly since they broke out the screw holes anyway. They also stole two hubcaps for good measure. I could almost understand if they had taken wheels but an antenna cover?

There is nothing safe from the thieves today. Locks, cameras, are only deterrents, and there is little chance for recovery on many of the items. Equipment, fuel, batteries on our farms have always been targets. Sorry to hear of the loss of equipment necessary for the operations of your business. - cts

Anyone know of another Ohmsteel hydraulic Wing Post laying around that I could purchase? There's gotta be one someplace.
