Got the D2 out of hibernation and played around dozing some snow off the roads. Not very good at this and the blade kept bouncing - probably due to low hydraulic oil level in the tank which has been slowly leaking out since May when last used.

Will post some vids later

Inter, did you intend for those snow holes to be in the grousers or is that a happy coincidence? : )

Happy coincidence - they are D3 plates I picked up very cheap. I converted the frames to D3 rollers and chains in light of not being able to get any D2 chains nor rollers.

We need some of that Queensland sun now!!

Hi, Inter674.
Interesting weather you are having but we don't want any up here. And sorry but NO, you can't have any QUEENSLAND sun 'cos it is specifically reserved for people living within the borders of the Sunshine State. There is only ONE way to get any of it and we who are enjoying it DON'T let that secret out. LOL.

Nice to see that the D2 still runs - - - - - in spite of the above-mentioned lack of maintenance. LOL. Thanks for sharing but I am NOT jealous.

Hi, Andrew.
Nice lookin' 'moolies', M8. When's the spit roast? LOL.

Just my 0.02.

You have a wonderful day. Best wishes. Deas Plant.

I was in that area last week and the snow is patchy with one side of a valley blanketed and the other bare.

We found good coverage at Mt Terrible - at least a metre - and Hotham also had heaps. Buller should be good too - and if needed I guess they just make snow nowadays😊

Will send the best of them to market next week. Feed getting short.
Got a better idea for the spit roast. The neighbor is away at cape York.
Those buggers down south have left the back door open again tonight. ..
