Well were all going to push and pull and just get through all this. Along as we just get yellow fever we'll be all right. Hunker down in our shops and get our tractors in shape.

Honestly that’s one of the things I’m really looking forward to. I’ll make the stuff to keep going

Hi, Folks.
All this selling off on the stock exchange 'cos of the 'Kung flu' and the Arab-Russia oil feud is just plain insanity. Now is wunna the best times most of us will ever see to start buying shares rather than selling them.

Think back to the stock market crash after 9-11. All sorts of shares PLUMMETTED. Does anybody remember how long it took to gain back all those losses?

FIFTY SEVEN DAYS.

After the 2008 'crash'?

Less than a year.

Think about it.

Just my 0.02.

Only one person in this thread appears to be a paid up member (financial member) of the club (Deas) yet lots of advice on how to invest money you have not contributed to! Perhaps you would like to either join the club or at least make a donation to help finance the operation of this bulletin board ?
If everyone who posts on here either joined up or made a significant donation, the club would be much more secure for all of us.
Come on guys reach into your pockets.
Regarding gambling with club funds, that’s what previous directors did with the model programme and look where that took us, right to the brink.
If we gambled and lost there would be no more ACMOC, no more bb, no more free help and advice from our incredible expert members like OM and edb, is that what you folks want?

Thank you Stephen for your vote of confidence, if only everyone else on here felt the same way!
I think that it is likely the Brooks national show will be cancelled due to coronavirus, which would mean a significant loss of income for the club.
We really do need all the financial support we can get to keep the club and this bulletin board going.

YOUR CLUB NEEDS YOU (well, your money at least!)!
