Folks,👋 I hope everyone is enjoying their families and some time off. I replaced the broken shift and hydraulic control knobs on my D2. I was tired of the threaded ends digging into my palm, any way I got the replacements from
www.ReidSupply.com. The shifter and hydraulic control lever knobs were about $3.00 a piece.
(part # MPB-3, 3/8-24 thread) They matched up perfectly to the one knob I had left. Not original Cat parts but adequate for the job. I didn't measure up the steering clutches and engine clutch knobs but I bet they would have them as well.
On another note I finished putting her back together this am after rebuilding my 44 hydraulic unit. All works well and tomorrow I'm going to try & head down to my pasture and push some stumps around!
Regards Dennie👍
