I can't recall the entire history, but Caterpillar was doing plenty of business with the Soviet Union before and after WWII.

Whilst it is a start, it does not say they will stop all shipments to Russia only suspending operations in factories. Deere today said they will stop shipments. Komatsu said they will stop shipments.
