Thank you .   I’d rather find out when to find the fabric or people who have done this type of restoration because I’m in France. But first research came on MCM fabric

We bought a new cushion and a back piece for a Cat 660A scraper - back piece looks exactly like yours would have when new - from Caterpillar dealer spare parts in around mid-2020. Since Cat have MAJOR parts warehouses around the world now, including one in Belgium, there may be a chance of obtaining them direct from Cat.

most upholstery vinyl is fabric backed so the coating may have worn off. any good motor trimmer should be able to rebuild that for you. as the frame looks in good condition.
