Today I went and looked @ a couple of graders that were heading down that no return path. They are both way too good to let go that route. One is a 12 serial# 70D3311, the other is a 112 serial# 3U413 ? (couldn't see this one real clear) Could someone tell me the approx. year of these two machines?
Thanks

Amounts to putting a D4600 in place of a D318. Certainly has been done on tractors but may be a little different on graders and their transmissions. I've never done it but would say yes unless others know otherwise😊

I thought the a 8T #12 grader and a 70D #12 grader both had D318 engines.

OM the 8T grader should have the D318 engine in it as they came out in 1947.

Testimonials

"I also joined a year ago. had been on here a couple of times as a non-member and found the info very helpful so I got a one year subscription (not very expensive at all) to try it out. I really like all the resources on here so I just got a three year. I think its a very small price for what you can get out of this site."
