Looks like all you need to do is tape some blocks to the pedals and he's good to go. Thanks for the pictures and video.

See that D17000 combo still has one sticky track pin on the RH side. Thought it would have freed up "or else" by know.

Some beautiful iron right there, i am thinking to myself after having a few headaches recently getting fuel pumps done, who would even know how to do up a fuel pump/governor for a D9G these days!
