Someone sent this picture to me…. Rodger the Dachshund and master Bill. Note the matching straw hats. Rodger is a real HIT at the tractor shows. Taken at Rough & Tumble August 2015. The 12A 955 is running really good

I take it that the bearing you made and fitted is holding up well. Do you still have the D2? Great you have a pal that likes machines like Reggie did!

dpendzic, Ha! I had forgotten all about that bearing!!! Yes, it's doing Okay - 25 - 30 PSI (more when colder) Oh yes, still have the mighty D-2. I'll be using both this weekend

I was wondering about that bearing too...I still think you were butt-lucky on that one, but hey, you can't argue with success!

I thought in the end, the Aluminum bearing made, didn't get used?

Hold on a minute.... I'm confused myself.... You are correct - I did use the CAT bearing and not the Aluminum one that I made - it's been 8-9 years ago.... You guys have a memory like a steel trap - good for you!

Sorry Bill but I'm going with Roger on rocking the straw hat.

(Obviously I have spent too much time perusing the magazines while waiting for the Mrs. at the salon).
You only need two tools in life - WD-40 and Duct tape. If it doesn't move and should, use the WD-40 If it shouldn't move and does, use the duct tape.
