Steve, nice pics!
Nice pics! reminds me of when I worked up at Prudhoe Bay in the mid seventies. One day my boss asked me if I wanted to do the bus run to the bank at the airport. This involved driving a bus to the airport from our camp which was about 6 miles away...hauling anybody who had business at the airport and then bringing them back.
Well that evening the temp was 30 below and as I left camp with a bus load of people I was having a hard time keeping the windshield from icing up on the inside....and I was having a hard time seeing the road. I was going down the dirt road when up ahead there was a bunch of light on the road. As I approached closer I couldn't believe my eyes...there ahead of me, over twice as wide as the road was a six story building moving slowly my way.
As it happened my boss forgot to tell me that the road would be closed to traffic that night. It was no easy task turning that long bus around on that narrow road to avoid being run over by the building.
