I had a trubo failure caused by a piece of the exhust pipe falling into the output side and damaging the finns.  Cheaper by 1/2 to replace whole turbo than repair/rebuild existing one.  Here are a couple of progress pics. First one is the new turbo has been installed, second is fitting the spark arrester, the third is complete and back to work! TT44 always gets the hard job; taking the photos! Glad to see you figured things out, off and running again before it gets too wet there. Nice D6, and I am sure you could pull a larger disc behind it. Lets see some more photos or a video please. JM

I like that it fits under the hood without surgery

OM, this tractor came to me with a turbo, was put on tractor in Washington state, all we did was replace the destroyed one with a new one, I do not have the specifics, can get them,  the tractor came with all the needed accesories for the turba already on it. TT44
