I have a D4K Cat Six Way blade that I need to remove the cylinder pins to replace the seals. The pins are tight and I can't get them to move. Any suggestions on how to remove them?

your favourite possum piss and plenty of it. one i like to use is chemsearch yield if you can find it. diesel or kerosene works fairly well too

heat can help the "fun" bit is only heating the rod eye and not the pin.

if the pins are drilled and tapped a slide hammer or portapower and hollow ram to pull them free. or press em out if you can get a ram into position.

and have you released any load on the pin because if there is any weight on it that will only make it harder. you should be able to wriggle the ram by hand if there is no load on it other than its own weight.

if all else fails lance em through but that tends to damage the ears and the rod ends if you not very careful
