Remanufactured Radiator Support for 8C20 and PV 15 Project.Started with a full size Blue Print .    And then a Bill of Materials for my local Birch Wood Supplers.

Made Patterns.  And Moulded in sand ,  Poured at 2140 Degrees.F.

 2 Coats of White Zinc Primer.     Boxed Up inside a Wooden Plywood Base frame. With  Cat-Cave Acid Etched Brass Plates and Cat-Cave Decals and Instruction Decals for CAT Inc. Peoria  Contract to Cat=Cave.   12 Rad Supports Loaded on a Shipping Pallet.  ( 4 Rad Supports on Pallet, Stacked Up 3 High =(12) One Dozzen.  Contract order for Cat USA Decals and Acid Etched Plates also shipped.

If any ACMOC MEMBER.  is interested in Obtaining this new Part  !! with all the Casting Area on the UPPER LIMITS  ( Hence Thicker Cast Area . Compared to Lower Limits.  He He.   We are only casting a couple of Dozzen not a 1000 off.   So no need to Produce to the Lower limits to save on metal per pour )   Smile. .
