One of my grouser plates is bent so that it jams with the adjacent plate. I want to straighten it and am looking for guidance on how best to do this. I'm guessing heat is out because it would soften the plate, so is it just a matter of putting the plate into a press suitably blocked? How many tons would it take assuming I have about 4" of room to block to the center of the bend? I have a cheap 12t shop press.
