Hello everybody,

we are rebuilding two D25U. We thought that it would take some free hours but at this moment we already spend 1200 hours and we are not complet ready. We also find out that it is not easy to buy parts in Holland for these old machines.
But with the help from some people on this forum we found some suppliers in the USA that helped us with the needed parts.
When you want to some pictures from the rebuild job take a lool at my profile were you can find about 50 pictures.
When the machines are complete ready I will place that pictures also.

Thanks for all the tips we have got from this forum.

Rebuilding one D2 can be a real challenge... doing two at once is certainly an ambitious undertaking. Looks like you are doing a first rate job. Thanks for sharing.

That is an AMAZING color combination!
With the Black highlights, it really stands out!

Very nice work Andre . The standard of your workmanship shows where the 1200 hours went .
Did you find the machines locally , Or did you have to import them ?

We did buy both machines from Omnitrac in Oregon.
First machine as you can see is almost ready and the second one is at the paintshop.

Testimonials

"I also joined a year ago. had been on here a couple of times as a non-member and found the info very helpful so I got a one year subscription (not very expensive at all) to try it out. I really like all the resources on here so I just got a three year. I think its a very small price for what you can get out of this site."
