I'm not there yet, but I'll be looking for a rebuild kit for a Diesel Forty pony carb. I'm guessing the kits will be pretty close to identical. Sorry to piggyback on this thread.

BTW, my carb is Zenith

I paged thru my note book and came up with these places to try.

#1 The Carburetor Doctor, 888-664-6462 I think this is where I got my kit for my D4 pony carb
#2The Carburetor Shop L.LC. 573-392-7378.
#3 Daytona Parts. 386-427-7108. I dont remember if I talked to them about Cat carbs or for a truck I was working on, but the older gent knew his stuff.
#4 (from a carb rebuild thread on ACMOC.)
#5

I have not dealt with all of these, but they give you a starting point. Good Luck, and let us know what you find. Grant.

Since I am so bad with computers, I put important things into a spiral notebook. There is a very good thread on rebuilding pony carbs titled "Pony Carb Rebuild In Progress". Started by Jw 74 back in March of 2014. Try the search feature and it should pop up. I have to do my pony carb soon, so I will actually print the whole thread out and have it on my work bench. It beats the hell out of depending on memory. Best of luck and keep us posted on how it turns out. Grant.

"I also joined a year ago. had been on here a couple of times as a non-member and found the info very helpful so I got a one year subscription (not very expensive at all) to try it out. I really like all the resources on here so I just got a three year. I think its a very small price for what you can get out of this site."
