I need valve springs and cork valve cover parts numbers. Where can I get them? Also need valve settings and head bolt torque.

hello mvoth ,the valve clearance for both are .008'' hot and the head bolt torque is for bolt size 7/16'' is 57 lb ft ,bruce oz
