That,s a crazy place for one but just a wild guess maybe down to the water pump but you didn,t say what tractor it,s on.

Looking at the pic, I would say it is on one of the rigs that you took a photo of from the widow. At first I thought about the water pump and then started to think that it could be for the old Armstrong starter.
