What do I need to know before removing the magneto from my D2 pony motor? It looks like just two bolts hold it in place.

I think I understand the timing issue when putting it back together. Will I need gaskets?

Any and all help is appreciated.

Yes it only has two bolts to remove and of course the wires to remove it. There should only be two gaskets that,s needed, the mounting gasket and the gasket behind the cap.
