I'm sure we have all come across this point before, so I need to ask the people who have done this, what type of material did you use to make a new pony motor exhaust? How did you go about doing it and what tips can you offer me. I put a post out in the wanted section to see if someone had a spare but I get the feeling I am gonna have to make my own. Thank you in advance

That's what I used, I also used a 3/8's stainless plate and stainless tubing on the main, machined the main exhaust 4 bolt pattern and hole to accept my pipe on the plate, tig welded the ss tubing on then bolted it to the main exhaust manifold with ss bolts and hi temp antiseize. Then slipped the stack on that

Testimonials

"I also joined a year ago. had been on here a couple of times as a non-member and found the info very helpful so I got a one year subscription (not very expensive at all) to try it out. I really like all the resources on here so I just got a three year. I think its a very small price for what you can get out of this site."
