I am in the process of rebuilding about 4 two cyl pony mags am woundering if anyone knows what the length of the spark should be for a given input rpm. Also is there an outfit that is capable for remagnitising the horseshoe magnet that seem to be very weak? Jim

The MJK series magnetos (without impulse coupling) should produce a 9mm spark at 200 rpm.
Not sure who provides remagnetizing service....might try Standard Magnetos.

Testimonials

"I also joined a year ago. had been on here a couple of times as a non-member and found the info very helpful so I got a one year subscription (not very expensive at all) to try it out. I really like all the resources on here so I just got a three year. I think its a very small price for what you can get out of this site."
