Does anyone have diminsons for pin part number 3B3735. It appears the pony speed control linkage pushes on this pin.to override the governor at idle.

There's not a lot to one. A machine screw or small bolt with a stack of nuts jammed together on it for the extension should work just fine. The extension goes toward the rear of the tractor and is put in front of the cleat made on the throttle rod. Front from looking at it at the pony motor controls.

When you pull the throttle out the cleat contacts the pin extension and restrains the governor arm, pulling the throttle butterfly closed. Push throttle knob in and the governor has more room to open throttle butterfly to bring rpm up to governed high idle and then respond to load increase.
D2-5J's, D6-9U's, D318 and D333 power units, 12E-99E grader, 922B & 944A wheel loaders, D330C generator set, DW20 water tanker and a bunch of Jersey cows to take care of in my spare time😄

Large end diameter 1/4, small end diameter about 1/8 (couldn't get in there with calipers), large end length 1/2, total length 1 & 1/8.
I would make the large end length longer - 5/8 instead of 1/2 because sometimes it can slip out of engagement with the tang on the throttle rod (or just build up the tang a bit more.

Testimonials

"I also joined a year ago. had been on here a couple of times as a non-member and found the info very helpful so I got a one year subscription (not very expensive at all) to try it out. I really like all the resources on here so I just got a three year. I think its a very small price for what you can get out of this site."
