What should the ring end gap clearance be for a 4" bore on a cat 25? All 4 cyclinders are resleved back to 4". old ones measure.0811 looks big but im sure thats alot of wear over the yrs.

Thats all wear that you are seeing there. You would be fine around that .015 to .018 range.
