I have the opportunity to buy one of these rarities, only 106 were made. It is complete, minus one side panel, and stored inside. It is a mini excavator with a clam shell instead of a bucket, 4 cylinder Wis engine. It was run into the shed 7 years ago so it might not need too much to get it going again. What are your thoughts on this machine? What should I offer?

I think there was one of them on Cty Rd A near Johnstown a few years ago?
If you have a photo?
It would be just over Scrap and how BAD do you want it price.
