Parts for locking pawl style levers

I have a Hyster D6N towing winch on a D6 - 8U that has been getting a lot of work lately towing out timber on a clearing project.  Unfortunately I broke the pawl lock handle on the winch brake lever -- snapped right where the pivot pin is but the whole handle part that is towards the palm of your hand is in pretty poor shape.  The rod and pawl itself are good.  

Are these handle parts available, even if for a different machine that could be adapted,  or am I looking at a scratch fabrication job?

Hyster part number 32694 Latch-Grip. I'm pretty sure it's common to other Hyster winches. Same one used for both clutch and brake
but I can't tell you where to find one.
