Hello ,

I am fitting a No6 tool bar blade on a D6 9U 23008.
All i am missing is the oil lines from the No44 hydraulic control to the fenders .

I need the part number's from the 2 double oil lines . ( on the left and on the right side from the engine)

Thank you , Gilbert

My info does not show the split pipe (down each side) for D6 applications. When two pair of lines are utilized they use the later #44 with the lines on one side.

I have the No44 with serial number 7V5866 that have the connection on top that goes both ways.
When i have a part number , there was a chance to have the right specs on these .
Now i gone try to make these myself .

Thank you Old Magnet ,

Gilbert

Hello G , probably this is the model you are going to imitate . Is your number correct ? My book shows 7W no 44 control . Anyhow , I don't think Cat will have this in stock .

Good luck , J

Hello Johan7

I need the part Numbers from these pipes , that i can get factory drawings.

I have a No44 hydraulic unit with 7W , but i would like oil pipes on 2 sides from the engine .
Also have a No44 with serial no 7V , thes have exits to both ways .
Of course i have not seen this here before.

Hello Gilbert , my book ( form 30032 ) covers ONLY the toolbar system for 4R and 5R machines .

But I know that long ago Hoogendijk had a toolbar machine . Perhaps Gerard still has the right book .

I hope they can help you . If you want copies of the pages of my book , then let me know .

Have a nice day , J

I agree with OM, I can't find anything that shows a setup on a D6 that has a set of pipes going down each side, only that kind of setup for a D4. Parts book for the 7W on a D6 U-series shows 1J1274 as the group for the first valve, and 1J1273 as the group for the 2nd valve. Tube assemblies running along side of the engine would be within those groups. Crossover lines group for the LH cylinder on the toolbar is 1J1276.

"I also joined a year ago. had been on here a couple of times as a non-member and found the info very helpful so I got a one year subscription (not very expensive at all) to try it out. I really like all the resources on here so I just got a three year. I think its a very small price for what you can get out of this site."
