I just built a 10 k tilt bed trailer, new wood deck, what is the best waterproof treatment to protect the wood? Dont plan on hauling tracked equipment just wheeled stuff....Thanks WA7OPY

Linseed oil! but let it soak in till dry or things will slip and slide. Best to use on cured or dry planks. May take a couple of coatings now and then through the year.

50% boiled linseed oil mixed with 50% turpentine

Used motor oil or transmission fluid have always work for us and it's free and easy to come by
