Yeah, that pulley is cool enough to hang on the wall. Call it a "conversation piece".๐
That fan looks like it runs backward.
Are the remains of the part numbers that were cast into the pulley casting the shadows?
This old Cat had a home made blade on it in the past. In bull dozing burning stump/slash piles, it is a common practice to install a reverse fan blade that pushes rather than pulls. The reverse blade keeps the smoke, flames and dirt out of the radiator and away from the operator. I have seen several Cat fan blades that the pitch of the blades can be quickly reversed with the twist of a spanner wrench.
