My cousin won this old socket set from 1913 at a white elephant gift exchange. Can’t believe how lucky he was.
I was wondering if anyone has any information on them

That is interesting in that almost all the sockets are Hex geometry. A lot of the old sets included many square sockets as many square bolts and nuts were still in use when the sockets were made. My old set has about 20 hex and 10 square sockets.

I too have a set handed down from at least three generations
You might look at L.S. Starrett -
Those sockets were stamped and I would not suggest using them!
NICE FIND!
Do some looking on E-bay - might be surprised.

Testimonials

"I also joined a year ago. had been on here a couple of times as a non-member and found the info very helpful so I got a one year subscription (not very expensive at all) to try it out. I really like all the resources on here so I just got a three year. I think its a very small price for what you can get out of this site."
