I hope nobody gets upset with me for asking on here, but I have a john deere 450D that recently started filling the bellhousing and starter up with oil out of the transmission. Can anybody tell me what's going on here, and what I might have to do to fix it? Any replys are appreciated.

Barry, the first thought would be the transmission input shaft oil seal.
Is there a cover plate on top of the clutch housing ? if so take that off and look down inside with a lamp and a mirror on a stick and have a good look rond. ordon

Is there a clutch in there? I didn't know if it had a torque converter or a clutch. So there probably isn't going to be an easy fix here, is there?

this is not an easy fix. You are going to have to pull the engine out to get to the front of the transmission to fix this problem.
