Hi, the D2 weld-on sprocket rim is 7H0463 (bushing dia. 1.69"), and the first series D3 rim is 6Y1244 (bushing dia. 1.85"). I would like to know the diameter and/or # of teeth each of these rims have. Contemplating going full D3 rollers, rails, sprockets on my 5U and need to know if this is feasible, as I'm thinking about the sprocket-to-track frame / rear roller clearance

Hi Neil,
I do not know if the scan below helps or not.
Cheers,

The back roller/s on the D2 are cut out to receive the sprocket, D3 rollers do not have the cut out so they need to be moved forward to clear. (about 1 inch)

Thank you both for that information. Looks like the 6Y1244 is marginally smaller than the 7H0463 so that helps.
