Greetings. I just purchased a D3 that has been parked in the woods for quite a while but seems to run pretty good. I am having trouble finding any information on this specific machine. There is a data plate on it with several numbers.

Can anyone tell me the model year and if this machine has wet or dry clutches?

Thanks!

Is a D3B should have 3F 3R transmission.

good little machine. a family friend had the baby brother to this and the work it would do when you knew how to work it was unreal. he sold it and has been kicking himself ever since. this is back in the day the did the deal with Mitsubishi in japan.

"i reject your reality and substitute my own" - adam savage. i suspect my final words maybe "well shit, that didnt work"

instead of perfection some times we just have to accept practicality

I'd love to get my hands on a D3B SA for the acreage I'm planning to crop - about 45 acres, if I can close the lease

SA is Special Application which is the designation for ag tractors. Direct drive and maybe extra weight on the front since no blade.
