Hello,

I have a 1950 D2 5u-6255 that is missing the oil pressure guage piping. The gauge is in place but the piping to the motor is not present. Does any one know where the oil pressure gauge tubing connects to a d2 engine😞 at? I have found a number of possible ports on the block but any not sure which spot is correct. Any info is greatly appreciated.

The usual connection is at the end (rear) of the external lube oil distribution manifold.

Charlie, my 5U has the pipe coming out of the hole at the right rear side of the engine block, adjacent to the block water drain cock.
Cheers,
Neil.

"I also joined a year ago. had been on here a couple of times as a non-member and found the info very helpful so I got a one year subscription (not very expensive at all) to try it out. I really like all the resources on here so I just got a three year. I think its a very small price for what you can get out of this site."
