Had the pleasure of spending a day with Jake Wheeler and Don Pridmore yesterday. They came up to get a neighbor's D8 2U started. The trouble was a frozen rack which was traced to a frozen plunger on the pump. After spending some time trying to free said plunger, they drooped the rack and turned the gear on the plunger around so it was not contacting the rack! This allowed the governor to work and the rack to travel.Sounded pretty good on just 5 cyls.😮 Two good guys and a running cat,all in all a good day😄
