While you do need to work the tractor hard to seat the rings as soon as possible, I doubt that will help on the problem with #1. I would move an injector from anothr cylinder that fires well and swap with the one in #1. Then see if the misfire stays with #1 or moves to #2 with the injector.
If it stays with #1, then the next step is to move another pump into the #1 spot on the injection pump housing and again, see if the misfire follows the pump you moved or stays with #1 cylinder.
If it still stays with #1, since you just overhauled the engine, I would lean more toward a lifter or camshaft problem in the injection pump housing, mis-adjusted valve clearance etc than the usual suspects of bad rings, piston or cylinder liner. It would be an 'eyeball' test, but also need to watch the rocker arms of #1 and compare the valve stroke etc between it and the rest. You can also check the camshaft lift with a dial indicator if there appears to be any discrepancy there.
Besides what ccjersey said, double check your clearance on your decompression cam and rocker arm pad. The valve stem may be too long on #1 because of a pocketed valve or stem not at factory spec.
Check injection pump lifter height?
