Military D7G 61G966

The National Construction Equipment Museum has in its collection D7G 61G966. Two questions:

What year is it? and,

Can anyone provide the correct parts breakdown for the decellerator and throttle linkage? We have a book for a civilian D7G that doesn't match it, and ours is missing a piece from the end of a threaded rod in the mechanism.

My info shows a 61Gxxxx Military Tractor as being a D7F equivalent to a 94N1 to 94N5191

61G is a D7F model and would have a D333 engine, 1970 year of manufacture, 4YB would be D7G series.
