I just bought a military D7 E? I dont know the year, the engine has 1984 but I think it was replaced when they "remaned" it. serial number is 75E691. I need a radiator for it. Anyone have a good used one for sale or should I do the recore route? I was quoted a price of 3k to recore.. OUCH!

I just recorded one on our clubs 16 grader. The core from Cat was$3000 but got one from the local rad shop out of Milwaukee WI for $1600. Depends on size and core thickness.

75E501 - up equals 48A6883 - up is the 180hp (high horse). Your D7E 75E691 was built in the mid sixties not the eighties. You should be able to find a cheaper core.

Testimonials

"I also joined a year ago. had been on here a couple of times as a non-member and found the info very helpful so I got a one year subscription (not very expensive at all) to try it out. I really like all the resources on here so I just got a three year. I think its a very small price for what you can get out of this site."
