When I logged on i noticed I'm listed as a user and not a member. I thought membership renewal was automatic and haven't payed attention to renewal but maybe I'm not up to date. I would appreciate some clarification on this please.

Hi, Your membership expired as of 06/30/2024 and we cannot find any record of a payment being received. I suggest you renew your membership through the website and we will backdate it to 07/01/2024.

You renewed on the website April 2nd 2023 via PayPal. We now use a different payment and accounting software called Stripe and Zoho. The default for these is auto renewal. So if you renew now as John says we can backdate the membership and send out the missing magazine and then going forward it will auto renew. Unless you wish otherwise in which case we ask you email [email protected] to let us know your preference, hope this helps!
