About three years ago someone gave me the name
of a company that printed out manuals. I bought an operations and maitenance manual for a d7. I think old magnet gave me the info.I have since lost the info and would appreciate that info again.

Don, the best manuals are from Midland Press. You can't tell a new one from them apart from an original. Jensales sells photo-copied manulas, but the quality is not nearly as good as Midland who actually print the material. The currrent method to order now is to contact your local Caterpillar dealer and they are to contact Midland who will then print and bind a copy for you. They aren't cheap, but they are certainly a quality product.
