Seems like you have the timing correct....more likely a carburetor/fuel problem.
Who's spark plugs are you using and are you using solid wire core spark plug leads?

Hi!

I put in new gasoline because it woldn't go at all on the old one, and yes it's solid wires, but the sparkpluggs are probably not the right one, any idea what can i use? i'm now cleaning the carburator so let's hope it will woorks now.

If it has Champion plugs get rid of them and see if you can get NGK's.
A-6 if they are 18mm or BP-4 if 14mm. It's getting harder to get the right plugs as they should be the non-resister type.

Old Magnet, What would be the NGK# for a D4 6U pony?? Could you fill me in on the difference you find in the different brand plugs?😊
Thanks for your time, quinq

quing,
Same two numbers for all the pony motors using NGK plugs......Autolite plugs are also OK.....haven't experimented with others.
Vintage Champions were good......ran H10's in flathead fords as long as I can remember but current production since about the late 60's are garbage.
